How does the partner rebate work?
Your members, students or followers get 5% off with your partner code. You earn a 10% rebate on every fully paid order placed with your code, online or in store.
Rebates are settled on the 1st of each month, as cash or store credit, once fully paid sales under your code pass ₹25,000 (about US$260).
Do you offer wholesale prices?
Yes, for team, bulk and export orders. We quote these as complete packages rather than item-by-item price lists, so you get the best combined price for everything you need.
What are the payment terms?
Bulk, custom and export orders are confirmed with a 50% advance, and the balance is due before dispatch. We don't offer credit.
Can you ship partner orders outside India?
Yes. We ship from Raipur, India with tracked couriers, or by freight for large orders. Import duties and local taxes are paid by the receiver.
Can I order products that aren't on the website?
Often, yes. Our website shows our best sellers. Partners can order from the wider ranges of the brands we carry. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm availability and lead time.
