Grips
Change your overgrip when it feels slippery or shiny. Regular players often change it every few weeks.
Balls and shuttles
- Pressurised tennis balls lose bounce once the can is opened, so serious players use a fresh can every session or two.
- Store feather shuttles in their tube, away from heat, and don't leave them in a car.
