Rackets
- Keep rackets out of hot cars and direct sun. Heat can warp frames and kill string tension.
- Use a racket bag or cover to protect the frame and strings.

Balls and shuttles
- Pressurised tennis balls lose bounce once the can is opened, so serious players use a fresh can every session or two.
- Store feather shuttles in their tube, away from heat, and don't leave them in a car.
